How much does a website cost in Lyon?
During Orbitoile’s launch period, a showcase website starts at €590, a website with online booking at €890 and an online shop at €1,190 (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The exact price depends on the number of pages and the features requested: after a first e-mail exchange, I send you a clear quote, with no obligation. How long does it take to build a website?
Allow 2 weeks for a showcase site, 3 with online booking and 4 for an online shop, counted from the moment I receive your texts and photos. The Google Business profile and directory listings are done within the week following launch. The exact schedule is in the quote, and you follow progress at every step.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. I register it for you in your company’s name, which is the official holder. It is re-invoiced to you at cost, and you can take it back at any time, even if you change provider.
Is there a subscription or any hidden fees?
No. The site is paid once, at the quoted price. After that, only the domain name comes back each year, about €15, re-invoiced at cost. Changes after launch are made on request, with a quote: you only pay for what you ask for.
What happens after launch?
The site stays online with no subscription. A custom-coded site has no plugin or database to update, so it needs no regular technical maintenance. Changes such as a text, a photo or a new page are made on request, with a quote. For a WordPress site, updates must be planned: we set them together in the quote.
Why a custom-coded site rather than a template?
A custom site only loads what it needs: no page builder and no useless plugins. It displays quickly on mobile, stays simple to maintain, and its structure is designed for Google from the start. This site, with no cookies or trackers, is the proof.
Do you work outside Lyon?
